I would have expected nothing less. He was the only thoughtful, reasoned voice from the dark side thru this whole mess.

That's what the j/k meant -- just kidding. I think he's acting admirably in defeat. The barb was more meant for Steve, as in "why are you baiting him, he's being gentlemanly about the situation." I could've conveyed that better with vocal inflection than electrons, I stipulate.

And I think Tech's half-right about Kerry's wanting to wait until CA was awake ... and, frankly to see what developed this am in OH, NM and NV, which I can't blame him for.

Tech is a class guy who I respect. I read his stuff very carefully because he makes solid points. I can disagree with the man while still keeping it on a friendly basis.

I too have a great deal of respect for TW.

Read the "Fair the Square" thread. Techweenie is a great guy! Won my respect! I fear that I may not have been as graceful as he, had the outcome been different.

I do give him alot of credit for his gracious statements upon Kerry losing, I cannot agree entirely with your statement. I hope it was more emotion than anything else but TW said some CRAZY **** every now and then (Calling UBL & Bush equals) etc..

Who knows, maybe we all really can "just get along" :)

Are negative personal comments necessary at this point in time after the election?

If so, I guess there's more displaced hate than I previously imagined.

OBL has evaded every possible shot the USA had taken and is still on TV.

Bush has taken every possible shot the liberals had taken and is still on TV.
