froze my butt!
 

went camping w/ deer rifles. nice cool drive, clear skies. got there, collected wood, set up camp, made fire, ate steaks, drank scotch. (no cigars, but thanks for the tips!). woke up the next morning to this:

there were alot of lazy hunters driving around in trucks, shooting out of windows. it sounded like war. my bro and i elected to climb 1400 feet into the mountains everyday. i have never been as cold or tired in my life. thank GOD for goretex, danner boots, and GPS. great sleeping bags and a sturdy tent save the evenings. it was fun. love california, short sleeves and sunglasses all day today.
