I send a lot of time at the computer so I use reading glasses to relieve some strain though I don't need them. I find it easier to focus later on distant objects.
Has anyone tried this eyesight improvement trick? I am not about to spend money if it's snake oil: http://www.seeclearlymethod.com/

BOSE at home is marginal. I have 301s, my parents have the Wave, been around 901s and the home theater system. Good stuff for your average uninformed consumer. My 301s have blown out the foam and I could never get deep bass out of them.
I have settled for Cerwin-Vegas for now till the economy improves, they are made in the USA at least and deliver deep base from a massive box and 12" drivers. The Harman Kardon receiver though is pure JUNK and nothing like what they were. It is made is China and it will no longer play in FM Stereo only after 5 years use. I should have never given my brother the Scott Stereo Master 233 tube amp!
