I can't seem to find what this is referencing even though I'm finding it everywhere on google, it's just used not explained. Thanks.

Simpsons. Bart says it. Haven't seen it on Family Guy but it wouldn't surprise me. Two of the only shows I watch on TV other than the news! I don't know if I should be proud of that or embarrased by it!
