very nice. Andouille, shrimp, oyster, & cornbread dressing and no chicken? That makes me want to go take a nap just thinking about it :D

How about some "after" photos??? The ones where it comes out of the oven you nit, not after the scavengers get finished with the carcass! :)

Sure looks and smells good on this side of the computer! Love the sausage and stuffing!

danm, you a surgeon or something? nice knife work.

in my opinon, stuffing only works on a deboned bird. too much mass to get hot otherwise.

i think that looks damn delicious.
