if a man had done this, he'd have been hung already. She's got issues, but I don't see the scorn and outrage I'd expect if it was a man raping a young girl.

Good question. I think the parents "think" they (the parents) are the victim. Personally, I know quite a few dads who'd be giving high fives with their boys after a conquest like her.

If the genders had been reversed, the teacher would probably be dead by now. An interesting tidbit: I used to carpool with a chick who was dating an OBGYN. She relayed to me an interesting stat, which I haven't verified, that the average age of a teenage mom's baby's daddy is something like 27. If the general carrying on is anything like what I saw when I was poor and lived in a crappy apartment in downtown Sacramento, I can believe it.

O boy. When I was 14, I had sex, quite a few times, with a 27 year old woman. Did I feel I was abused ? Did I feel I was raped ? Did I feel like I was taken advantage of ? Hell No. I felt GREAT It helped me like older woman more then younger woman. It was fun, it was exciting, it was a great experience.

maybe it is the psychological damage that can happen to a young man. hell, sex is something we need to do with responsibility, and a mutual respect. any potential longterm damage? maybe a developed lack of respect for women? having said that, when i was 14, i would have probably lasted 3 seconds. but i could have been ready for more in about another 10 seconds, repeatedly :D

I won't condone what see did but let's face it, 14 year old boys are sex-crazed, I know I was. Chances are he even lamely came on to her and things got out of had. In high-school I had a young (mid 20's) teacher and all the guys wanted to bang her, she took the jokes for awhile but eventually put a stop to them. I've always had a thing for older women, they tend to be on a different level emotionally than the younger ones, I think that's why my wife and I clash sometimes since I'm 5 years older (34). By the same token I've heard of young girls fanticizing about their older teachers, especially if he's good looking. In our society it seems older people want younger mates and young people want older mates sometimes by a few years and sometimes it's 10 or more. Add to that all the hoopla over relationships like Demi Moore and Ashton Kucher, I wouldn't be surprised at all if this woman said the kid came on to her. Still wrong in my book but I think too much emphasis is placed on age, it's the mental age that's important and I've met plenty of teens who act like adults and plenty of adults who act like toddlers.

Shes fairly hot...but really its the bleach blonde hair and fake tan that makes her look more attractive than she really is.

Id feel sorry for her doofus husband, but he probably got what he deserved (wrecked emotional disposition) by having the lack of common sense to marry a disposable ***** like that.

I see where you guys are coming from, but you have to remember something:

He is a 14 year old, which means his brain isn't fully formed yet, and this woman is a teacher, an authority figure, which means she plays a different role than if he was just walking down the street and met her.

There is potential for damage here....

We're men -- some would argue that our brains never 'fully form.'

This type of thing has happened since time immemorial and to more than a few guys I know -- including me. I don't believe anyone I know of has suffered any real 'damage' other than maybe thinking they're great lovers -- a common misperception for men.

I guess the potential for damage might exist for a kid if he were used for 'revenge sex.'

I'm more concerned because of the authority position she's in.

I have to admit though, there was one hot male teacher in my school....would I have been damaged...hmmm, I dunno.......

I had a hot German teacher in 9th grade (catholic school in MN) who used to run her fingers through my hair.

we had a very similar case here in missouri, Stover, Mo. happened 2 yrs ago, i think; she was transporting the kids to st louis for schoool trips, and hopped in the back seat. her husband was a cop. the real problem is that she used alcohol. when i was 16, my 34 year old girlfriend used pepsi. lol. and i am normule.
