Lexol leather cleaner (if needed) and then the Lexol conditioner. I use it for the Porsche as well as our leather furniture and my leather wrapped steering wheels. Great stuff and many car parts places carry it...

A few applications of Leatherique "Rejuvenator oil" works well. Apply on a hot day(s), with the car sittng out in the sun and the windows up.

I've heard great comments about both products. Personally, I bought some Lexol. If the seats aren't as soft as you'd like, be sure to use the cleaner alot before conditioning. The cleaner seems to really soften them up.
