Canadians T_Shirt for Americans travelers

A company in New-Mexico is selling them.

Of course everybody is laughing about it over here. They say they already sold hundreds of them. The problem is that I dont know any Canadian that would wear a t-shirt like that.

When I was a kid bumming around Europe I had a maple leaf sewed on my backpack. I picked it up in Germany after being thoroughly fed op with Parisians who felt compelled to tell me what was wrong with America.

Where you from?

"B.C."

Where?

"British Columbia"

Where's that?

"Western Canada."

(Disappointed Parisian) Oh.

Any smart Parisian would have seen through your ruse. Corrections below:

No, it goes like this:

Where you from?

"Southern California, dog. You got a problem w/ that? Didn't think so."

Of course if he does have a problem, you can just do the old "sound of one hand clapping" routine w/ him.

Ah-hah! You 'ave trapped you-self!

If you were being consistent, the Frenchman would surrender - you've inadvertantly admitted a Frenchman might have backbone

Haven't you heard the saying, "While in rome, do as the romans do?" When in france, surrender like a proper frenchman, I think that's what he was going for

I heard the French were worried about possible terrorism and have raised the country's security threat level from "Run" to "Hide". There are only two higher threat levels in France; "Surrender" and "Corroborate".

Check out the current "Onion" for Iraqi terror levels; the lowest is "no explosions expected in your house for the next two hours", and go from there. Pretty sick, but hilarious as usual.
