I was thinking of going with one of these new units instead of the in car unit. That way I could use it at work etc. The 2 or 3 places I've looked tell me they aren't available yet. Does anyone here have one yet?

Did you try Crutchfield? It's in their catalog. I'm thinking about one as well.
