Phx is one huge, huge ghetto. Even Dumbsfield knows. "I know Phx is a ghetto. The south of phx, the north, east and west" Go take a pic of the 25k houses built with 2x4 side ways. I've seen chicken coops in Tennesse build more to code than that dump.

You could film the Terminator future scenes in most of Phx and not need special effects to make it look post apcayliptic. If you drive 50-70 miles from the center of phx you might find something that looks like a bomb didn't destroy the place.

Hey I used to work all over phx so you would think I might know. I could take a pic of phx homes and post along with blown up homes in fallujah and you wouldn't be able to tell which ones were what.

I'm sure when you get your Pontiac off the cement bricks it will suddenly rise in value like Halliburton pumping gas

My job is to secure financing, not sell homes. If I can't justify value, I can't give you cash. I'm sure I can find you MFG somewhere in PHX proper as well as the city you live in Red for $25K (if that's your budget) but does that make all of PHX a "ghetto"?
