DMV Probe Leads To Store
A state police task force investigating documents fraudulently obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles has zeroed in on a small shop in Danbury that is listed as a home address on hundreds of licenses or registrations. G&A Enterprises, a tiny storefront at 5 Keeler St., caters to Danbury's large population of Ecuadorian immigrants, offering such services as money orders and mail boxes. A review by The Courant of DMV databases shows that there are currently 18 driver's licenses and 222 car registrations listing the store's address. I just hope that the police have been video taping every person and car that uses that address for a long time. Seems that they need some special attention. Wonder how many other places like there are like this in the country.
