Lemony Snicket review
 

Just saw it today. Not bad. Jim Kerry turned out an excellent performance which made the movie. Not his usual over the top self. Restrained wouldn't be the best description, but for him I guess that's about as close as I can get. Overall pretty watchable, but not something I would go see twice- like the incredibles.

Jim Carrey was a bit of a ham in this movie, sort of like in The Mask. That is what he does best, and he certainly does it well in this movie.

I think the movie would have been just as good, but not as funny, with Christopher Lloyd as the Count. Overall, a good movie with many laughs in spite of the "unfortunate events".
