Yep. That's one of them. HGH will increase muscle mass, reduce body fat, increase "energy" levels, reduce fatigue and make you feel great. Supplemental HGH can also put strain on your pituitary and adrenals, cause myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure, kidney disease and acromegally (in high doses).
Over the years, society has fallen in love with several "fountain of youth" potions. Among the more widely used were cocaine, amphetamines and young beautiful women. All can have disastrous consequences, both physically and financially.
