Just wanted to remind everyone that the torque wrench giveaway ends Dec 30th on www.RennSouth.com

This is not a commercial post or a competitive board, just a board to try and help all of the local chapters organize their events and increase participation.

please explain this givaway or at least some deatials of the RennSouth

www.RennSouth.com was started because so many of us in the region have to search regional club websites each week, check all of the main forums or ask around to find out when and where the next autocross, DE's, mountain drives or whatever are. Typically you don't find out until about a week or so before if it's outside of your regional chapter. For example, I'm a PCA member, but there are many BMWCCA events that happen here and many of us don't hear of them unless we happen upon their website or talk to one of our friends who are members.

Out of frustration www.RennSouth.com was born to allow all of the regional chapters to post their events in one central place so everyone could find them and not have to search all over the internet. The website is non-profit, no membership fees, etc. just members of various German automobile clubs together under one roof to discuss events.

The point of the giveaway is to get the word out about the site and hopefully get everyones regional chapters participation up and in return increase money that goes back into each of the clubs that put on the events whether it be a PCA event, Audi event or whatever.

All that is required to get in on the contest is to register on the site and post in the giveaway thread that you're interested in being part of it.

Nothing hidden here, just trying to get the word out.
