Good Bye to Tim Roberts from "Wing Nuts"
If anyone here has seen the show "Wing Nuts" you probably found the characters and their antics entertaining. I the show to be an interesting look at how a small business does what it can to stay afloat. To boot some of the end product/art to come out of their shop is very unique.
In any case, I saw at the end of a few of the shows that one of the characters had passed on at the relatively early age of 39. Too bad he had a powerful personality that helped keep the show interesting. BTW, he was the one with the deep, raspy voice. http://www.dailybreeze.com/business/1103296.html

I've been watching that show too Rick, and they've been inserting a tribute to Tim at the beginning and end of the show for a while now.
He was a character. In a lot of ways he reminded me of my best friend from grade school who grew up a bit confused about what he wanted to do and where he wanted to go. Anyhow, Tim added a lot of the reality in the show. |
