Chevy Express misfiring..
My dad has a 2001 Chevy Express LT, and it's been having some problems for a while... we pulled the error code, it's
P0300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire But we did plugs, wires, cap, rotor, nothing seems to fix it.. Any ideas? Last edited by Clowd; 12-31-2004 at 09:46 PM.. |

Coil pack or wires; you don't state the mileage but being an '01 I imagine the wires (boots, etc) are near the end of their service life.
I did run into a chevy v6 that had a misfire once that turned out to be the grounding of the coil pack; it was bolted direct to the block and grounded thru the bracket with no other provisions for ground. Lost the ground due to a prev. owner not tightening the part down leading to an intermittent miss. |

Sorry , didn't read whole post where it states you changed all the tune-up parts.
