It was interesting though, I hadn't seen it.

I wondered why no one mentioned the fact that if it was a secured parking area, wouldn't you go after the owner of the parking area for reimbursement? I would.

My daughter lives in a secure gated complex in Reseda. I can't even get in with out being on the guest list or w/o them calling her directly. Just before Christmas some one stole her ricer ........err I mean Honda from the parking area. We reviewed her lease agreement and they have a section in it stating that they are in NO way responsible for theft of or from vehicles in the common area of the complex.
