Well, most of you SHOULD be lawyers.
Slippery, sneaky, underhanded... you have the makings! |
Its a whirling. swirling mess of circumstances; remember, the previous/first lawyer *never charged me the $300 fee*
|
Ah ha...you didn't initially mention you had a ticket 6 months ago. Going back to your original lawyer is probably your best bet.
|
But if I go back to the first lawyer, he never charged the $300...
"Oh.......you owe me $300!" Time for the other local ticky lawyer -- |

I'm contacting him now - this mess needs to be clarified -
|
I looked back at e-mails - he did say he got the first ticket "dismissed".
Possibly a good sign.. -------------------------------------------- My note to him: I have a new situation here - Received a ticket 13 days ago for a 37 in a 25 (no sign except '20mph when children are present') $132. My last ticket was 8 months ago, the one you had dismissed. What should we do with this new one? See pics. I need to sign and return the ticket with ? box checked soon - |
Remind me -- is the return ticket due on day 14 or 15? Either way, that's like right now ...
|
22nd - so I have until Monday acc'd to the po-lice

Craig,
Buy a V1 radar detector and never leave home without it. Also, get an attorney and fight every ticket. Cheaper in the long run when you take into account the fine and increased insurance premiums. Radar tickets are the easiest to beat. My last one was dismissed because the 2nd page of the guns calibration certification doc was missing. The V1 let me get my speed down to 70+ in a 60 zone. I scrubbed off almost 40mph before he got me :) My attorney is $200 if you win else you don't pay. Let me know if you want his number. |
Send it to me, Lyall!
I was 3 blocks from my house and going down a street that I have never ever seen radar located at in 25 years. Duh......I didn't have the V1 up & ready..... |
