Hey any of you know where to get the best prices on kohler engine rebuild parts???? I have a kt17 and need to fully rebuild it before summer

eBay is one source.

KT17 rebuild kit

I would reference this price against your local Kohler dealer.

Also note KT17/KT19 specific repair manual on the Bay.

Saw that but It does not come with everything I need I wish there was a place like pelican that sold this stuff

'Rebuilt a few small engines in the past...but never the KT17.
I'd probably make a call to Jack's Small Engine in Maryland - (410) 692-6300 - just to get info on the engine (Series I or II, etc.), and parts availability. As I recall, many of the Kohler engines share components. They may be able to mix/match a rebuild kit for what you need.

I have also bought rebuild parts from jackssmallengines.com. If I remember correctly (3yrs ago), they were the best price I found.
