Seems the new A380 does not have the engine power to lift it off the ground at MAX Gross Weight. Therefore we now have the new A380 A1:

Then there was a book of famous airplane failures (humor) that had a picture of a steam powered helicoptor designed in Poland that did not take into consideration the weight of cargo or crew and therefore could not leave the ground. Very funny book.
