"That's just not right" sounds a lot like Potter Stewart's definition of pornography "... I shall not today attempt further to define the kinds of material I understand to be embraced ... [b]ut I know it when I see it."

So you've got all the instincts, and conviction behind them, of a Supreme Court Justice, Z. Granted, such instincts are of 1964 vintage, but that's fine with me as subsequent "subtle," or "nuanced" "penumbras" and "emanations" are certainly no disciplined intellectual improvement.

I was just joking when I said, "That's just not right" In a "pardon me, while I poke my eye out" sorta way. (I'm not always as serious as you may think!)

If you really want the pic back, then we can do so. I just think it's a scary picture! (Yeah, I'm being politically incorrect here.)

I took your comment in the spirit it was delivered, and I've got no issues with your discretion or exercise of authority; your phrase just struck a chord with me.

Namely, that of an arbiter having simply to say "ummm... no.", without a full-on, six-volume exegesis of precedent and reasoning to justify the decision or the arbiter's authority to make the call in the first place.

Don't bring that pic. back on my account. :D

Was it one of those "the wider the waistband, the deeper the quicksand" kind of pictures? ;)
