Try one of those owl scarecrows... do you have owls in Italy?

Plastic owl that you fasten to the roof. Works pretty well here.

We have owls and a couple of types of hawk/falcon that preys on chickens - unfortunately not enough. But with the electronic scarecrow and waterpistol I think the problem is solved. :D
