Perhaps tieing a few of these baloons to your car and telling the cop you thought they were real might work. ;)

Better way of avoiding tickets for the most part would be to get an old sports car - a 356, stock 912, MG, slightly hot vw, etc. Sure, just about anything can get a ticket in a school zone, but what other type of vehicle can you truly enjoy and push and have about the same get up and go as a modern minivan?

More fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow.

Horsepower for those who can't keep their speed up in the corners.
