I came across this puzzle tonight and I haven't gotten too far. Check it out:

it's not a hacking puzzleand it doesn't require any special tools. just what's given. If you get it please don't give it away.

Have you made progress past part 2?

Nope. I was able to translate the binary pretty easily, but I can't figure out what to do with it. They don't seem to be valid IP's.

i'm stuck on the digits... do i need to understand code or some programming? i'm troubled by linux....

I don't have the answer yet, but I think the solution is far easier than we are trying to make it. Either that, or a middle schooler is much smarter than we are.

Well for the second part i don't think the +/-'s are the typical operators but i have no clue whatelse they would represent.

I've tried Morse code, days of the week, binary to ascii, letters of the alphabet, adding/ subtracting in various patterns, and still nothing!

I love it! Frustrating as hell, but a real mental exercise.

Really!!??? I was starting to think the next part was just fake.

Notice on the thrid line of step 2, first number instead of 7 digits, it is only 6.

Same with the last sets of numbers on lines 1 and 2
