The weather forcast is some showers Saturday and cloudy on Sunday. I will be at the HSR event at PIR and I really hate driving with the slicks in the rain!!!!

Hey Brian, what are you doing out in Phx this weekend? I'm driving out on Friday morning as well. Will be there all weekend.

Joe - I'm up for it! Lets get a few guys together for dinner/beer.

Brian - Bike race-as in bicycle? If you want, shoot down here tomorrow morning and drive out with me in the truck. I'll be heading back some time on Sunday. I have an empty house out there with utilities turned on that I'll be sleeping in. You're welcome to stay as well. Its a lot cheaper than a hotel. Guess you'll need to pick up a rental car out there to get around, though. If not, no worries... just thinking out loud!

Richard,

Bring that Sabre out and we could do a jump together! I need to renew my license. Jumping an old PD210 that has been around for a while...

What part of town is your house? We are scattered all around the area but there is lots to do over here. I live in the NE, right next to Snottsdale.

Joe,

I wish I could bring the Sabre out... but the reserve repack expired a couple of weeks ago . I would rent, but $65 or so is a little pricey just to do one jump.

House is over on the west side - Litchfield Park. But I can meet up anywhere!

Eric (Freefly) lives in that area as well. Interesting... three 911 owners, and three parachutists! My reserve is out as well but I have not jumped in a few years, need to get current again.

Have sent an email to other Phoenix Pelicanheads and lets see what happens when they chime in.

Brian - So you're racing or spectating? That's crazy stuff.

I'm flexible... will probably leave between 9-11 Friday morning. Coming back on Sunday I'm flexible, too. Leaving Phoenix between 3-5 PM is fine with me.

Richard, can you send me an e-mail? For some reason, the Pelican PM isn't working. Most of my e-mail addys got wiped out, so I don't think I have yours anymore.
Thanks.

F1 is a cool place. It's just north of the airport at the 143 and Washington. It's fun to woop up on the Honda boys! Although, I have to admit that once I had to pull aside and let two 16 year old girls pass me! Superior power to weight ration is my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
