Over on Early S there is a post that says retail is more than a 997. Is this true :confused:

the official announcement says price is placed between the Boxster S and the 997 Carrera

If it's truly mid-engined...how do you get to the engine to work on it?

you dont, you bring it to the dealership and you bend over for the "service"

I've gotten enough of that lately. I may post a rant. This thing might end up going to court, so I don't know that posting on the Internet will help my cause. The bottom line: never, ever, ever order carpeting from Lowe's. I'm on week seven without the use of half of my house.

Lowes is good for 2x4's, screws and PVC, sorry to hear about the carpet issue.

I think if the store manager knew that he had an unsatisfied customer who posted a rant that hit over 25,000 in a very desirable demographic (p-car owners), he/she would bend over for you to snap one off inside! If not, they wouldn't be in that spot for long...

I could not find any new pictures, but found hurricane Ivan hitting the Cayman islands.

Hey, I hear that it will be out soon . . .. not that there's anything wrong with that.

They didn't name it Boxster Coupe because peoples would expect it to be cheaper than a convertible Boxster.
In the real world, a convertible is always more expensive than the base model.

There are exceptions to every rule, but you have a very good point.
