Pics from the Toronto Auto Show
Buddy calls me yesterday, 9:30am, still in my PJ's, with my morning coffee. "Want to go to the car show?" Yup. Quick shower, out the door. Awesome show, though would've been nice to see more concept cars. Finally got to lay eyes on a Carrera GT. A couple beautiful old 356's.
Great day at the Auto Show, best fajitas in Toronto for dinner (IMHO) and an awesome concert at the Music Gallery to top the day/night off. I went to bed pretty happy! I have super-hi-res copies, if anybody wants them, 1.5-2MB each. http://community.webshots.com/album/283596852SidCBl

That's not fair . Toronto always get the best car show in Canada.
I didn't see any of those cars, except the Lambo, in Montreal last month.

Actually, the Lamborghini display was really disappointing. They basically trucked over their inventory from the dealership on Front St. and put them on the risers. No info about the cars, no doors open so you couldn't see the interiors, no reps to ask questions, and obviously you couldn't get within a metre of them. Even the Ferrari area had a couple of reps, and would let a few people in to sit in them. I figure the show organizers know people come to see the exotics, and may even pay them to show up, rather than having them pay to rent a booth. You'd get a better look at the Lamborghinis, and be able to ask question, at the dealership.
