150 tire on a 6-inch rim just don't work. Hope somebody comes out with a 180 whitewall soon...

6-inch fender over a 150 tire on a 6-inch rim is bad news. :( More money to CCI....

Very cool so far. Avon is the only company making wide whites that are both speed rated and available in larger sizes. I do not think they do a 180 though, if so they may do only in narrow white side wall.

If you are doing an old style piece you may want to go to a 15" rim and use a car tire, similar to what the VW bugs used to run back then. That would very cool.

Back in the day, Harley guys would lace Triumph rims (which were 15") to the hog hub and run a VW car tire for that WIDE look !!

Love those big whitewalls on the hard-tail style... schweet.
