the new show intervention tonight on A&E? pretty sad stuff. the guy who ended up homeless reminded me of a guy i went to high school with. drugs are powerfull, and can ruin alot of people if taken foolishly..http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/nono.gif

I meant to watch the show but forgot all about it. I actually participated in an intervention just last year. Unfortunately, the interventionee has fallen of the wagon twice since then. I think the success rate of keeping them off drugs and alcohol forever is pretty low. Sad.

So just how low do you think TV can sink? Next week a show on how to live with genital warts?

What blew my mind was how parents let their drug addict daughter smoke pot and take every drug known to man freely in their household.

Bottom of the TV foodchain? Pretty close, ratings driven by the misery of others.
