Yeah, you just buy one of those replica cars, torch out, clean up and weld in that VIN plate, add on whatever parts you can clean up from that original car, and voila!

Damn that is absolutely insane but someone or several someones must really want it. Their must be a pot of gold that comes along with it or people have too much money.
