Getting the rear axle spaced w/ the brakes was a major PITA.

And, I just spent HOURS grinding ***** off the frame and you can't even see it in the pic...

Hope you are not grinding inside! Wife would de-nut you with the carpet and such. Are you using an air or electrical grinder?? Should not take that long with the right tools...

Of course not...it's in the garage, and the carpet is scrap junk that's been reserved for this purpose (mostly keeping my knees intact).

I'm using a Makita 10k rpm electric grinder...no air tools in my collection (nor tank).

The issue is that there are so many damn tabs on the frame that I ended up not using. And it's thick stuff with huge weld beads. And I have to be careful not to heat it up too much or whack into the tubing...just a PITA.
