At the risk of flaunting my ignorance... I'd noticed the term "neocon" used here recently (with much disdain) and I wanted to find out more information on just who these people were and what they believed. My search yielded the above "quiz".

I had to take the quiz more than once since there were a few questions that I could answer with more than one of the options.

It appears that I am a mix of isolationist, realist and liberal.

It says I'm a neocon. I'm with 350 on this one--I had a hard time picking answers. I often agreed with one sentence in each statement. I often agreed with premises but not the conclusion of a statement, or vice-versa.

Realist, go figure. By the way, the key word listed in the description of a realist is practical, you know, common sense. If a realist is practical (exercises common sense), then is it correct to assume that all the others are impractical (lack common sense)? It makes sense to me but then again I was deemed a realist in the "neocon test".

OK, I am done having fun with this now.

I got realist myself but I too found it hard to pick answers because I agreed with one sentence but then the conclusion would be a bit different.

I do think I'm more a realist than a D/R but the test is a bit lame.
