Oh Haha 03-18-2005 06:12 PM

What is with the world today?

As I peruse the forum, I have the news on and some sick MF'r has confessed to killing the little girl in Florida. This dirtbag was a convicted f'ing molester!!!!!!!
Why the hell aren't these bastards taken out the first time they commit a crime? If I was in office they would be!!!!!!(My wife tells me that is why I couldn't be a police officer.)
As a new Daddy, I cannot imagine the horror of losing your child this way. I know that God has to let things like this happen but this really blows.
They should let the parents kill this a$$bag anyway they choose.

JavaBrewer 03-18-2005 07:27 PM

He can be rehabilitated...

Some animals need to be put down.

While we are on this terrible subject; how does a parent find if there are and registered sex offenders in their area? I know it's the info is public access, but where/how do you find it?

Sonic dB 03-18-2005 08:51 PM

The State of Michigan, for example....has a website run by the State Police, where you can type in an address and it lists all of the registered sex offenders nearby.

http://www.mipsor.state.mi.us/

I typed in my mom's address a few years ago, and found that a sex offender lived right next door. It was good to know this and to let her know.

Do a search on yahoo for your state...

Just another example of a ****ED UP legal system................

666 03-21-2005 12:27 AM

In California, we have the Megan's Law .

Only problem with this situation is that he didn't register his new address. So, by doing this how the hell are you to know if you're new neighbor wants to have a good time with your 9yo daughter?

Even with this info available, it still failed. It is ultimately up to the parents to protect their children.

?, how did he get the girl without alerting the parents? Seems to me that there may have been some trust between him and the 9yo girl.

And being a father of 2 girls 5 & 9yo, I'd say that the only justice would be to allow the parents to decide how he dies.

Isabo 03-21-2005 02:53 AM

Only a parent who has lost a child to an animal like that can truly understand the pain and numbness it leaves and does not go away. The death penalty for a first offense with method chosen by the family with the option of it being carried out by the family is the only solution that would reduce the frequency and help some parents. Chemical or surgical castrration are half measures.

Oh Haha 03-21-2005 03:29 AM

Amen Isabo.
What the news agencies report is that he just walked in through an unlocked door! I am not paranoid but in these times you just HAVE to lock everything. I , however, do not fault the parents. They have to live with the 'what if' for eternity. May they find some peace someday.

URY914 03-21-2005 03:59 AM

The local news is reporting that he was staying with his 1/2 sister which was down the street from the girls house. This is not the address that he was registered at.

They also think that he tried to open the door several different occaions in the middle of the night and on this night it was left open. It is a trailer, the doors swing out when opened and the locks and latches are cheap crap. Her room is the first room to the right as you walk in the door. The dog was sleeping with the G-parents in the back room. He got very lucky

I say manitory minimums for this dirt bags. We do it for drug dealers. But not people that kill our kids.

no organic matter would be found...

Sexual predators do not rehabilitate. Unfortunately a fact that gets proven in horrific ways again and again. My solution is much like LubeMaster's. Skip the legal system and just make them vanish.

You can give the local law enforcement a call or look it up on a website to find the registered offenders in your area. You may be surpised.

I have wife, daughter and a registered sex offender that lives two blocks away. This is very real for me.

M.D. Holloway 03-21-2005 06:41 AM

problem with the reg sex offs, they list even the guys that were accused of date rape or those that got caught having concentual sex under age. So hes 17 and shes 16, blood is hot, hormones raging an opportunity presents itself - things go from patting to all out luv'n and momma walks in and goes nutty. The daughter is sent to spend three months in her room and the young buck is up on charges of statuary rape. His name is now in the system for doing something most all (boys and girls) have done.

Then again, a system is needed to know where these other vermin are.

I thought there had to be a 4 year or more difference in age. Well at least in NJ there has to be.

As metioned these predators have repeatedly stated in jail house interviews that when they're released they'll likey go back to this activity. Just a matter of time.

I just thought this was a welcome diversion from the sickness!

Oh Haha 03-21-2005 12:35 PM

Thanks Mike. That's a pretty fancy ship you got there.

That's only his dinghy.

If you're interested, this page lists all the sites for each individual state.

I looked up my zip code, here in GA and was quite disturbed by the number of people listed. They even have photos of most of them.

Same here when I looked up my zip in Dallas. Showed it to my wife... It was an eye opener for her, and hopefully keeps her more alert.

Executing these social deviants is wishful thinking and unrealistic in most cases. I believe they should have GPS devices embedded DEEPLY under their skin so they can be watched via satellite. But you know some ****ed up group like the goddamned ACLU will cry foul over that idea! Sons of b!tches!
