Cramer was addressing this just last night. He thinks the bubble has burst, that it peaked back in January.

How do you make money on it?

Jim says buy stock in Schwab and Meryll Lynch... where all the money will be going now that realestate investors have loads of cash and need a place to invest it.

Is he right? I don't know, Im too young to see the trends. But with the price of crude and natural-gas at major highs, having a vacation home 3 hours away isn't looking quite so good anymore. Couple that with inflated prices and a slow economy and you've just lost the demand...
