i could not find the link but apparently a country has used W's chimp likeness in a law enforcement training video to detect evil doers at soocer games internationally.

so i can't find the story but i will not be detered.

How ironic!

I also couldn't find a link, but apparently some country is using images of Clinton in a Just-Say-No advertising campaign against adultery.
