hey widebody!

i have been hearing alot of crazy talk about d. (dee?) miller being the best bbq around. some ex-davis guy said it is the best ever! is this so? it is in your neck of the woods. alot of disappointing bbq joints in the bay area. my girlfriend is bringing me a togo plate tomorrow, i hope. she is going to some UC davis, open house picnic to re-live old times.

The Best BBQ is in Memphis hands down! Second goes to KC, then Charleston, SC.

I think there is an Everett and Jones near there. The original is near Alameda. Flints is in the worst part of Oaktown, but worth the risk if you're an addict. Bo's s in Lafayette. Try the brisket!

If it's BBQ you're looking for. Then you're doing yourself a dis-service by not making the trip to Marietta and visiting Williamson Brothers.

Everybody else is just second best! IMHO

D'Millers is within walking distance of my house. It is da bomb. The owner is an old school brotha from the South. He was even in a gospel band for a while, and has his album covers and other promotional stuff all over the wall.
