Any good PC Housecleaning Freeware out there?

I recall some pay-for software out there that would clean all unwanted cookies, temp files/folder etc. It would basically do a thorough housecleaning.
Is there any decent Freeware out there that'll do the same? First hand experience....?

Try Crap cleaner at ccleaner.com.
I was amazed at the amount of nonsense I had accumulated.
