Crappy photochop job.
So much for the credibility. Couple other things that strike me. Why are they sending this out if they are only "in the process"? Anything could happen. Also, they say it's a "good example". So I guess that means they also have "bad examples". I'd be running the other way, and be getting off their mailing list.
