Hot off the Press...Stay Tuned for the lastest

THe first picture is the W side of the house being graded down, the second is the patio being demoed and the third is the E side trench...the whole E side will be poured in cement for a utility area..I am going to have an electrical line and gas line stubbed underneath for a pool at a later date...

What's with the nice neighborhood and houses with ghetto cinder block retaining walls, Tabs?

One of those bobcats would be cool to own. Get an assortment of tips, a trailer, and tow it behind my truck.

Hey I could start a business...quit my day job.

Well there goes your next CD case against the developer for improper grading at time of construction.

A guy that doesn't capitalize anything in his post is calling me out on grammar? That's rich. "clasic" should also be "classic" and "gonna" should be "going to", but who's (whose? whom's? hooz?) counting.

The quote of Geoff's is exactly as he typed it. When I first included it in my sig, I edited it, but I find the typos just enhance it.

Thanks for caring, though. Sure nice that of the hundreds of typos posted on this board each day, you singled out my tagline.

What?

What are you doing - is this the old maids' English spelling and grammar society?

Pretentious - moi?

Get a life!

LV is cinder block city...no matter how small your lot is, it is surrounded by cinder block walls... On Saturday they puncture my gas line...requiring the Gas Co to come to fix, on Monday while drilling the foundation to attach the rebar to the foundation they punctured a water line,,,requiring a plumber to come out...on Tues they knocked over my Big Green Egg chipping the lid.....and I have no place for the dogs to go out....so I have missed the ques with Big George so he has crapped 4 times in the house...he never pees in the house though....and the dogs are like a Stereo ...Ruff..ruff...Ruff...ruff all fking day long....

more pics.

Better yet, get a back hoe, a front loader, an excavator and a dozer, large lot with a couple of huge mounds of dirt and rent it out by the half hour for guys wanting to play Tonka.

It would pay for equipment and liability in the first 6 months!
