...In California. Unware of this, I paid my bill which was $120.00 it wasn't even due yet. Ouch.:( Oh, they say it won't be up for another couple of hours. This service sucks!!!

Cingular is up here in Texas. Y'all come on down!

Once i'm released from the clutches of Alltel's contract of death, I'm switching to cingular. Anything is better than what I'm putting up with now. 90% of my calls get dropped. They can truly fuch themselves.

I went from Cingular to T-Mobil. What can I say, Catherine Zeda-Jones is hot.

My only problem with Cingular was getting them to disconnect the service and I had lousy reception in my house. It took them 6 months and about 10 hours of my time on the phone with their "customer service" department to get my serivce turned off.

For some reason I'm ok with that and I am a Cingular customer. In fact, I wouldn't mind a scheduled shutdown every day or two......

I have Cingular.

Just keep complaining.

I do it every every time they screw up my bill. Last time I asked "how Much to get out of my contract", guy smugly replies "$175", to which I respond, "that's all? hell I'd pay $200 to get you guys out of my life".

So now I'm paying $39.95 for a National One Rate + Long distance and 1000 minutes a month.

3rd upgrade to my service in 6 months.

I'm on Cingular, and have been since they merged with AT&T. I was on AT&T for about three years before. I have had no problems with my service or billing. Signal at my apartment absolutely sucked for about the first six months I was there, then they really built up the GSM network. It is much better, but still drops out from time to time.

I think as long as you get everything set up, get on a plan you can use well, you shouldn't really have any problems with any carrier.

I switched from Nextel to Cingular. After the hurricanes down here Nextal had no service. We "thought" it was because the towers were down. I came to find out they redirected all the bandwidth of the towers to the National Guard and Police leaving thier customers with almost no service.

I switched to Cigular because after the storms they had the best signal. I am very happy with their service here in Florida. I will be out in Palm Springs and San Diego in 2 weeks I guess I will get to see the service in Cali first hand.

Plus Nextel doesn't offer the cool Razor Phone I picked one up last week and love it. The blue tooth ear piece works great.

I'm currently living in Alltel hell. Unfortunately I'm in one of the markets that Cingular was forced to sell. Since day one with Alltel I've had dropped calls, messages left for me that never got to me, etc. I'm not the only one either, every person I've talked to has had the same problem. They're about to lose this customer.

I switched from Verizon's WNWDP (Wireless Network World Domination Plot) to Cingular, and it has been great for me. The "rollover minutes" cache has saved me a couple times too.
