Anyone have a Dell inspiron 6000?

Wife's employer set us up with a deal for significant savings if we buy a dell laptop. I'm looking at the 6000 with a bunch of cool options.

I like Dell desktops well enough but had heard so so remarks on their laptops. Her office uses them exclusively and I haven't heard anything bad from them.

It looks nice and has decent enough options but I just want to know about reliability. I'm a pretty savy computer fellow and usually build my own desktops but I don't want another desktop ever again. With the price point and the portability and options a laptop is the way to go from now on for anything.

Here's a link:

Thanks!

Bought an Inspiron 6000 for a family computer a couple months ago.... happy so far - we got the highest resolution screen, extra batteries and other upgrades... wireless reception is excellent (far better than my Inspiron 5150)...

We're running Dell Latitude D800s here in Iraq (a whole bunch of them)...no real problems...my PC is an older Inspiron 8000...the video driver/card is beginning to go after 4 years...not so shabby.
