Suggestions for webhosting video files?

Any recommendations for an inexpensive way to stream .wmv files (Windows Media Player)? I don't want to do it with my own computer; I guess it requires a dedicated server...

www.readyhosting.com $99 per year. 500MB storage. (Supposedly) unlimited bandwidth. Always seemed reasonably fast for me. Try this and see for yourself:
