We run two techs year round, and usually pick up a third during the summer. During the winter months it usually slows down a bit, which is normal in our area.

I will probably manage the business entirely for the next year before I decide for certain if I want to buy it. This will be a good opportunity for me to really see where the business is headed.

My boss is tired of it, he wants out now, and has agreed to let me run it for him for an agreed upon salary, plus commission.

I guess we will see how it works out.
