recommend good free DVD software
Anyone have a favorite free software download for playing DVDs on a computer? Maybe one that plays other regions' DVDs as well?

For Linux, Xine and Mplayer2
For Mac, Mplayer OS X 2 and VLC. For Windows, I think VLC might do it. Maybe Mplayer2 as well.

BSJ has it right on. Actually, mplayer will play it on damm near anything.
