I have maintained for a while that there have been no good mergers between large companies in the last ten years. I say ten years because that is how long I have been watching, it might go back further.

Still, regulators keep approving them, CEOs keep doing them; consumers and employees suffer. This merger was a fiasco in my opinion. I thought that HP took far too long to get rid of Fiorina, but this was way overdue.
