Help me decide, Ipod or RS door panels???
Well I have about $300 to blow, I'm just trying to figure what's a better thing to get right now. I have been craving an ipod for a long while now and I can get a pretty nice 40gig for $300(found a deal). But my doors could use an upgrade to the sleek look of RS door panels which is also $300. What's your ideas?

Ipod. Trust me.

Ipod.
Door panels are not nearly as portable. Trust me. |
I love my Ipod.

I have a 40gb and I barely use it. I put about 70 cds on it...only to realized that all really ever listen to is talk radio. I supose its nice, but I guess its not $500 nice(I have the ipod photo).

Just got an iPod and converter that allows me to plug it directly into my Alpine, incredible. You can control the iPod from the head unit, with displays, titles, and organize playlists. Been having fun with this for the last 2 days non-stop. Already got over 3000 songs in there..

Anyway, I say go with the iPod. You can make the RS door panels. Good luck making an iPod. |
Door panels. They'll be around long after grown men have realised they look stupid walking around with those silly little white earpieces on like teenagers...............

door panels. The price of will only go up but eletronics prices do nothing but fall

Make your own door panels (aren't they just black vinyl over fibreboard?) and buy a 20GB iPod off Apple's refurbished page (store.apple.com, lower right). That way you can have both.
