A while back someone showed me a link that had the actual filed documents imaged. I know that a tax exempt non-profit has diff. filing requirements but they do have to report the salaries of the ceo and I believe a few of the directors (you can see I'm cluless). That's what I'm looking for.

TIA, and sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense, just need the 411 on a big non-profit and can't turn anything up via google, etc.

That site used to be completely free, but now they charge for some things. I don't think there are any sites that have as comprehensive a collection that are for free.

They still will give you the 3 most recent for free...

I dont know the particulars, but i think you can request the form from the companies themselves. Many will actually post them on their websites. For example a google search for "livestrong form 990" returns the following link for the Lance Armstrong Foundation...

Where you can fine out that the president of the foundation makes $250k a year. Thats a lot of yellow wristbands.
