Very unsual car available in Seattle
I have never seen one of these before:
http://www.vwsp2.ch/index.php?newlang=eng There is one for sale up in the Wallingford area of Seattle. Evidently it was a Brazilian made car that was never imported into the US.

From this:
http://www.vwsp2.ch/index.php?module=My_eGallery&do=showpic&pid=17&orderby=titleA That front badge looks like a VW emblem. It's the same car, right? Cool car.

The SP2 was as far as I know A factory built vw for the Brazilian market, and yes they are rare and quite cool IMO...
Those cars pictured above are Puma's and more of a Brazilian Kit car based on a VW chasis. Ferg

That gold convertible - I've seen one similar to it at a shady import showroom in Holland, Michigan. I never got to see the rear, they were closed at the time.
Nice website RickM........thanks.

Kach221, where in MI are you? I don't even have to ask which import place you speak of I grew up in Caledonia/Grand Haven, and my brother lives in Jenison. Ferg.

The name of the shop escapes me, Lendaddy knows more about the place than I do (may have the word "Euro" in it), you should PM him he will know the sales shop name/location. I took a road trip three years ago with my fishing pole in hand and ended up in Holland. I saw the Puma then, I had e-mailed the shop but they would not answer any more of my questions once they figured out I was not going to purchase their bodo buggie 911 (no PPI allowed).

The place in Holland is called Alan Christian Motorcars LTD.
www.acmotorcars.com I wouldn't call them too shady and I have had them work on my Audi several times.....so maybe Kach is thinking of Auto Sports Unlimited which is actually in Zeeland (very close) but is indeed shady. http://www.autosportsunlimited.com Now, I have purchased from them(parts) and was pleased, but beware. That's all I'm saying.

They have a cool logo, that part I remember. Look in this picture off their website - backwards it says "EuroSports LLC", that's what they were called three years ago when I was there. I have not done business with them, going off my vibes here, would have to be desperate to do so.
