Anyone here watch this show?

being from Nebraska I had to watch it. I am really not impressed I kinda thought it sucked. it seems staged to me.

one thing you dont see every day is 20 year old girls coming on to a 45? year old guy though.

Sorry, I have no love for the University of Nebraska system. Tommie Lee is trash, I can't imagine him giving us a good image, in any way, ever. Watching the 10:00 news, though, someone said that the $$ it would have costed the University for that type of publicity would have been like, 50 or 500 million $$... i didn't pay too much attention. Lots of money though.

I didn't bother. Think I was cleaning the lint out of my naval about that time. FWIW, I did read an entertainment article in the local paper that it is indeed a staged show.

Yep, that vid was the best advertising a guy could have.

The one I don't get is the old KISS guy -- Vince what's his name. I see him all over the pricier parts of L.A. and he had virtually every desirable 'sex goddess' in H'w'd in the late 80s-90s. Ended up sticking around with Shannon Tweed for years. That is one ugly guy.

Let's see. A rich, famous, good-looking, rock star w/ a 10" dork comes to mid-America where not much exciting happens, and you are surprised that the young local girls want to meet him?? :confused:

Maybe I know too many folks who work in the TV field, sorry if I blew anyones fantasy.

I thought it was pretty funny. I especially liked the part where he was trying to find a roommate - most of the potential roommates didn't even know who he was!

His "hot tutor" is from Omaha. Probably not that good looking by S. California standards, but not bad.

I don't think the show denigrates UNL - it actually makes it look pretty fun.

I'm not a fan of television, (don't watch, I've never seen most shows), but this is the best idea for a reality show that I've seen. Are the cameras going to show the cornhusker chicks getting impaled by the weenus? :)

I liked it a lot as well. Call me an idiot, but compared to most of the other "reality" b.s. out there, this is a gem. So what if some seems staged......there is certainly the element of reality there. I may be a bit biased as I've always been a Crue fan too.....and it's an NBC show, not the normal Fox or ABC crap that airs the dance show now, and the dancing with the stars garbage.

I am NOT surprised that people there wanted to meet him please dont get me wrong. I am saying that I watched it and after it was over I went HOLY CRAP my brain is numb.

I had totally forgotten about that video and tommys french loaf though. Thanks for reminding me about that.

IF this had not been filmed in Nebraska, I would have never even thought twice about watching it.

IMO, the hot tutor is not that hot.
