Does anyone know an inexpensive way to phone--does internet phone or something along those lines work? My wife can talk on the phone for hours, you don't want to see what my phone bills were when he was at oxford.

So you dial 011 then china's country code 86 and then 10 then the number. Just called today.

The girl I'm seeing just went there for 4 months studying abroad. I have a feeling I'm going to have some pretty nutty phonebills.

Her cel phone doesn't work out there, so I'm also interested in affordable minutes if anyone has other ideas.
